Automated Assembly and Test Systems

Whether you need ergonomic and efficient tooling fixtures,  a small bench-top assembly machine, a lean workstation, a fully automated assembly machine, or a palletized assembly system, we have probably designed and built something similar. A few of our projects are described below. Whether or not you see exactly what you need, call us. Custom equipment is what we do!

Flexible feeders and vision-guided SCARA robots combine on a palletized assembly line to efficiently feed and assemble parts of an automotive door lock.

This dial machine automatically presses a brass insert in a plastic bracket and then feeds and drives a threaded foot to form an appliance leveling foot.

This robotic work cell manipulates several models of metal fan blade laminations for drilling and deburring using multiple, servo-positioned power-feed drills.
